LOCAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We use POSLAJU to deliver your parcel. We will provide your tracking no via email and you can tracked your parcel HERE or just call 1-300-300-300 to track your delivery item(s).
All local orders will be delivered within 2 - 3 working days after the payment has been confirmed.
We only give the tracking number upon requirement. If you don't receive your order items within 7-12 days, please kindly notify us immediately, we will help you to track your order.
Charges for shipping & handling fees vary for different weight based on POS LAJU rate.
We delivers to Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei and all over the world. We will suggest what we can offer for the shipment.
For international delivery please allow within 2-3 weeks shipment, once payment has been received.
If the tag is still attached and item is in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, returns will be accepted if delivered back within:
a) 7 days from arrival of package for local delivery
b) 30 days from arrival for overseas delivery
You will be refunded in the form of Cash Voucher of the value of items bought if the item is out of stock.
Items that are damaged, marked or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
If the item does not fit, you can always email us to exchange the item to another size, subject to our stock availability. If we do not have the preferred size in stock, we will give you cash voucher code of the item value.
